2024 — Contributed to product development strategy for a SaaS venture supported by AT&T and Google, focused on leveraging cross-platform capabilities to accelerate innovation and scale.2020 — Designed and implemented the retention strategy for the launch of DIRECTV STREAM (formerly AT&T TV), positioning the service for competitive growth in the streaming market.2013–2019 — Led the development and execution of retention strategies for the combined AT&T and DIRECTV business, supporting over 60 million customers across TV and broadband services.2008 — Served as a Business Intelligence Strategist, leading the design and deployment of Hyperion Essbase cubes for enterprise clients such as Aeroméxico and Santander Bank—laying the foundation for scalable, data-driven decision-making frameworks.
